No guarantor in France? Not a problem anymore.
We back your application with a professional Garantme guarantee. Expats, cross-border workers, freelancers, self-employed and many profiles often turned down by agencies can be accepted. Eligibility is subject to Garantme's review; proof of savings is required. The cost of the guarantee is paid by the tenant, except with Turnkey, where the first year is included.

Frequently asked questions
Can I rent a flat in Paris without French payslips?
Yes. No law requires French payslips or a permanent French contract. We present your foreign employment contract, payslips and tax returns so a private landlord can see your real income, and we target landlords who let directly rather than letting agents bound by insurers' criteria.
I don't have a guarantor in France. What can I do?
We add a professional Garantme guarantee to your application. For landlords it is often more reassuring than a personal guarantor. With the Turnkey package, the first year of the guarantee is included.
Can I find a flat before arriving in Paris?
Yes. With the Serenity and Turnkey packages, we attend viewings for you and show you the flat on a live video call. You only travel to move in.
When do I pay?
Only on success, when you sign your tenancy agreement. Nothing upfront and no application fee. If we don't find you a flat, you pay nothing.
Are there letting agent fees on top?
No. We only work with flats let directly by private landlords, so there are no agency fees. As with any let, you pay the deposit directly to the landlord.
How long does the search take?
With Serenity and Turnkey, we find your flat within 15 working days, starting from the day your application file is complete.
